About

This Isn't Really
About Me.

It's about a question I've been asking for most of my adult life.

How do we become who we were born to be?

Over the years, that question has led me to explore science, philosophy, psychology, entrepreneurship and spirituality — not in search of certainty, but in search of understanding.

I don't claim to have all the answers.

In fact, I believe some of the most important questions are meant to be explored rather than solved.

This website is where I share that journey.

What Nearly Twenty Years Behind the Wheel Has Taught Me

For almost twenty years I've worked as a taxi driver.

On the surface, it might not seem like the obvious place to learn about life.

But I believe it's one of the greatest classrooms I've ever experienced.

Every day brings new conversations. People from every background imaginable.

Students
Entrepreneurs
Scientists
Artists
Doctors
Teachers
Tradespeople
Parents
People celebrating
People grieving
People searching for direction

One thing becomes very clear.

Every person has a story.

Every person has value.

And regardless of our background, many of us are asking the same questions.

What gives life meaning?

How do I find purpose?

Am I living the life I truly want?

Those conversations have shaped my perspective far more than any single book ever could.

Why I Created Get Out Rat Race

Like many people, I spent years believing the goal was simply to earn more, achieve more and eventually escape the rat race.

Over time, my perspective changed.

I came to believe that the deepest form of freedom isn't found in wealth alone.

It's found in living authentically.

In discovering your strengths.

In creating something meaningful.

In helping others.

That's why I say:

The Rat Race Ends Within.

What You'll Find Here

This isn't a place for quick fixes or promises of overnight success.

Instead, you'll find ideas and practical tools to help you:

Think more deeply.

Discover your purpose.

Build something meaningful.

Monetize your passion ethically.

Continue learning throughout your life.

Some ideas will challenge you.

Others may confirm what you've already felt for years.

My hope isn't that you agree with everything I say.

It's that you become more curious, ask better questions and think more deeply for yourself.

Still on the Journey

I'm still driving a taxi.

I'm still learning.

I'm still researching.

And I'm only now beginning to travel more and explore the world beyond the places I've always known.

This project isn't the story of someone who's reached the finish line.

It's the story of someone who's still walking the path and inviting others to walk alongside him.

Because I believe the best conversations — and the greatest discoveries — are still ahead.
